one day
a piece of heaven
came to me
my earth tipped
shifting out of alignment
my world eclipsed
the sunlight faded
I thought it was over
I had lost my strength
the darkness swept in
slowly
deeply
painfully
I waited for the silence
the peace
the guidance
between
the darkness and the light
I am left alone
with no answers
to wonder
